Foundation installation completed on schedule at Rampion

The Rampion offshore wind farm in the English Channel has successfully completed an important stage of construction: All 116 foundations are now firmly anchored in the sea bed. In addition, all connective fittings have also been installed, which will be used later to mount the tower with its turbine nacelle and rotor blades. The foundations rise to a height of 20 meters above sea-level. Work began in early February and was suspended as scheduled for the bream spawning season.
