Siemens to supply compressors to Chinese coke and smelting plants

Siemens sold four single-stage compressors to steel industry customers located in China. These machines will be built at Siemens’ Frankenthal operation in Germany. Three of these machines, model STC-SOL units, will be installed at Rizhao Steel Company Limited’s new coke plant in the city of Rizhao in the eastern Chinese province of Shandong.
