E.ON a core partner in project to promote energy transition

ENSURE selected by German federal government as one of four Copernicus projects
E.ON is a core partner “ENSURE – New Energy Network Structures for the Energy Transition,” a consortium supported by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research. At an event in Berlin, Federal Minister Johanna Wanka presented four consortia selected by the German federal government as Copernicus projects to promote the energy transition. The ENSURE consortium consists of core partners E.ON, RWTH Aachen University, network operator TenneT TSO, technology companies Siemens and ABB, and 15 other partners.
