Increase in size of the accelerated bookbuild offering of shares in DONG Energy A/S by New Energy Investment S.à r.l.

Further to the announcement on 8 May 2017 of the intention of New Energy Investment S.à r.l. (‘NEI’) to sell, by way of an accelerated bookbuild offering to institutional investors, up to 8,828,000 existing shares in DONG Energy A/S (‘DONG Energy’) (the ’Transaction’), DONG Energy has just received the following information from NEI:
