Koning opent 13 oktober Energy Transition Center Groningen

19 september 2015 – Koning Willem Alexander zal op 13 oktober het nieuwe gebouw van het Energy Transition Center ‘EnTranCe’ openen.

Uit een bericht van de Energy Academy Europe
‘(…) Hanze University of Applied Sciences and Energy Academy Europe are proud to announce that the new building of EnTranCe will be opened in the Zernike Science Park on October 13th by His Majesty King Willem Alexander.
EnTranCe is Energy Academy and Hanze University’s open-innovation testing facility. Energy innovation needs to keep up with market demand. The Energy Transition Centre cuts from-blueprint-to-market time in half. EnTranCe helps new energy solutions reach the market faster by connecting industry demand with advancements in technology, and companies with researchers and talented students.
The construction hosts an office building and a spacious hall that can be used for research projects. The new structure has already been nominated for a local architecture award: building of the year in the city of Groningen. Cooperation and co-creation, even between competitors, are at the heart of our state-of-the-art testing facility.
EnTranCe is where the opportunities are to develop products and services for a better energy future, to work together with companies and talented individuals who share your interests and concerns, and to invest in sustainable innovation. (…)’
