New Yorkers Rally Inside Trump Tower to Condemn Trump’s Climate Policies and Urge City Divestment

More than 150 New Yorkers convened at a public garden inside Trump Tower to host a teach-in about fossil fuel divestment and urge New York City to show climate leadership in the face of Trump’s attack on climate change and the Paris Agreement. The teach-in, part of a global week of divestment action, took particular aim at New York City Comptroller Scott Stringer.
